Sales Director Playbook: Video Microlearning
Transforming a reference playbook into an eight-part learning series.
The brief
Turn an existing coaching playbook into focused video learning that helps Sales Directors understand the guidance and connect it with their everyday management responsibilities.
My contribution
I designed and produced an eight-part video microlearning series. My work included selecting the essential content, defining learning objectives, storyboarding, writing narration, developing visuals and producing the videos. I refined the materials through review and feedback.
Design decisions
Begin with the manager's need, explain a small number of useful ideas, show how they connect with work, and direct the viewer back to the relevant playbook chapter. I developed a coherent visual and narrative approach while adjusting the treatment to the subject of each chapter.

What the work produced
Chapter-based microlearning videos, learning designs, scene plans, scripts and supporting visual materials. Contemporary project records confirm publication of the first six videos and submission of the final chapters. The existing playbook supplied the source content; my contribution was its adaptation into digital learning and the resulting production work.
